Lakeside Real Estate has won five awards at the 35th anniversary of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA)
Lakeside Estate, the leading real estate developer in the country, was awarded five accolades at the 35th-anniversary dinner and awards night of the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA).
The association also posthumously honored the late Mr. Torgbor Mensah with the Housing Personality of the Year award for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Association. The event was held under the theme "35 Years of Successful Housing Through Stakeholder Collaboration".
Lakeside Estate was named the Real Estate Marketing Company of the Year 2022 by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) at its 33rd Annual National Marketing Performance Awards earlier this year. This is the second award the company has won, with the first being in 2019. At the GREDA event, Lakeside received five awards, including Overall Real Estate Company of the Year, Best in High-End Community Set-up, Best in Middle-End Residential, Gated Community – Middle End, and Green Award.
Dr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku, the Managing Director of Lakeside Estates, expressed his gratitude to the Lakeside team, residents, and partners for their collective dedication and passion, which he believes contributed to the company's success. He made these remarks during an interview with the BrytGh at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, where the awards ceremony was held.
