Teacher detained on suspicion of murdering a girlfriend

A teacher on suspicion of murdering a girlfriend was arrested by police in Gomore Ajumako in the center. Apam police have detained 40-year-old Isaac Tsemenu Sarsah for  beating and killing her girlfriend  at Gomoa Ajumako. Sarsah is a 32-year-old teacher and is said to have beaten  and killed her four mothers, Yaa Linda. The two lived together for a while before the incident. The incident reportedly took place  in front of the children on Friday, who warned their neighbors and sought help. According to

Graphic Online, Gomoa Ajumako's teacher, Linda, has lived with Sarsah for over eight years, had four children, but was not married.  Linda repeatedly asked the suspect Salsa to perform the marriage rituals necessary to live as her husband and wife. But Sarsah hesitated. This forced Linda to rent  her own room and left her home in Salsa with her children. She reportedly threatened that she would not return to Salsa's room until he performed her wedding ceremony. According to

sources, Salsa visited Linda and was subsequently misunderstood, beating her until she lost consciousness and was taken to  Apam Government Hospital by her neighbor, but was sentenced to death on arrival. The corpse of the deceased was subsequently placed in the morgue of the Apam Government Hospital.

 Suicide attempt

Salsa was unknowingly discovered on Saturday, March 12, 2022 after she drank a toxic substance, and she was reportedly being treated at the Apam Government Hospital. Then police arrested him. Central Regional Police spokesman and deputy police foreman Irene Oppong confirmed the incident, and on March 11, 2022,  Apam District Police Command said Isaac Tsemenu Sarsah, a teacher in his 40s, locked him. He said he received the information. His wife, Linda Amore Lamptei, was also her teacher, staying in her room and beating her mercilessly until her death.

DSP Oppong said  Apam police went to the  scene but was told that his neighbor had taken Linda to  Apam Catholic Hospital while Sarsah was fleeing. She said further investigations at the hospital revealed that the victim had died in the emergency room. DSP Oppong said the body was inspected and then placed in the hospital's morgue for autopsy.
