Just In: Menzgold prospects to come off in court next week

Another trouble as Menzgold customers strikes on NAM 1.
More than ninety customers of Menzgold owned by Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1), who was apprehended and consented a bail, are standing processed for tribunal subsequent weekend.

The Police apprehended them when they paraded to the home of Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO of Menzgold, also remembered as NAM 1, at his inhabitant, Trassaco Valley neighborhood on Wednesday, January 8, in the request for their possession.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police Officer (DSP) Afia Tenge, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Greater Accra Regional Police Command, notified the Ghana News Agency that the docket of the aggrieved customers was being worked on by the Prosecution Unit of the Regional Headquarters, Accra, for them to come off in court.

She also said the process was relatively sluggish due to the number of declarations they had to process and was sure that by before next week all would be establish for the tribunal.

Mr. Fred Forson, Spokesperson of the Coalition of Aggrieved Menzegold Customers, told the GNA that he, with two other executives; Timothy Binab, Chairperson, and Issac Nyarko, Vice-Chairperson, who strutted as surest for the bail of their members, noted to the depot in the morning in satisfaction of the bail circumstances.

He announced the surest was authorized to report to the depot on Tuesday, January 14, jointly with all the prospects on bail.
